All items on our website are held in stock and typically picked within 24 hours of order, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please note we do not process or dispatch goods on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is picked and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 48 hours. You will also receive an automated email from us with tracking information. Please be aware, stock availability may vary at peak times and will be fulfilled when replenished stock arrives. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we'll do our best to expedite your order. We use approved couriers including Royal Mail, AnPost and FedEx which are extremely reliable, however delivery times are estimates only and may take longer than expected, especially over weekends and public holidays.

All items on our website are approved and certified to be sold in the UK and Ireland and come from approved suppliers. All our suppliers are continuously vetted for quality and whilst we take the utmost care when sending goods to our customers we do not inspect every item when they come in to us from our manufacturers. If you receive an item that you believe has a fault please email us within 7 days of your order arriving with your order number, images of the fault and a brief description so we can help.
