As Mental Health Awareness Week draws to a close, we want to say that whatever you are going through, there is always someone to talk to. It's been an especially tough year for most of us, there is no shame in reaching out.
"Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling." (mind.org.uk)
This year, the theme for Mental Health Awareness week is #ConnectWithNature. The charity have found that more than 50% of UK adults have found that being out in nature has improved their mental health substantially. So why not try it, and get out for a dander somewhere this evening after work? All the more reason to do so if you’re working from home!
