ELKA Rainwear is a sustainable company that specialises in the development and manufacturing of exceptional rainwear and workwear.
About ELKA
They were founded in Karup, Denmark in 1958 by Ejnar Lauridsen. The company name is derived from its founder, who used his initials (EL), and the town, Karup (KA) to form the unique name. The brand initially started off creating underwear for men and women and in 1964, they started producing rainwear before they slowly evolved into what they are today.
What do they do?
Today, ELKA are a global company that produce premium rain wear and workwear. They create specialist solutions for their customers and pride themselves on their innovation in creating high-quality products. Their aim is to protect their customers against weather extremes and use their many years of experience and ‘know-how’ to create superior products.
ELKA serve the needs of multiple industries including; construction, agriculture, transport, fishing, forestry, service and maintenance (to name a few). Their focus is on developing workwear that is comfortable, durable and functional.
